DELTA DENTAL OF MISSOURI
NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF 2025 ANNUAL MEETING
AND ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The 2025 annual meeting of the members of Delta Dental of Missouri will be held at 2:00 p.m., Central Time, on Friday, November 14, 2025. The annual meeting will be conducted both in-person at the Delta Dental of Missouri headquarters at 12399 Gravois Road, Saint Louis, Missouri 63127, and virtually via Teams Webinar. At the annual meeting, the president and chief financial officer will report on the activities and financial condition of the Corporation and announce the results of the election of directors.

 

Multi-factor authentication — coming later this year.

To help protect your practice and patient data, all Delta Dental provider portals – including Delta Dental of Missouri’s provider portal – will require multi-factor authentication to log in later this year. All users will need a password and an additional way to confirm their identity to log in – email or SMS. For a seamless login process and enhanced security, please ensure that all users use a unique email or SMS phone number for multi-factor authentication – not the general office contact.
