Rachel Sorenson

Chief People Officer

Rachel Sorenson is the chief people officer at Delta Dental of Missouri, which also does business in South Carolina as Delta Dental of South Carolina. She joined the organization in 2026 and currently leads the organization’s people strategy – shaping culture, talent and workforce excellence.

Sorenson has a wealth of experience having served most recently as vice president of global human resources at Perficient, leading HR strategy for a global workforce of 7,000. Prior to that, Sorenson spent 10 years with Bunge North America as director of human resources, providing strategic HR leadership for commercial and industrial operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Latin America. She oversaw complex, multi-country HR initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to drive talent strategies, organizational growth and operational excellence.
