In order to maintain responsive, value-added service, Delta Dental
of Missouri
commits three fully staffed customer service teams to each corporate
relationship. Group Accounts supports human resource managers on premium billing
and eligibility. Marketing Services consults with clients on plan design, cost
management and employee communication. Delta's Customer Service team serves
subscribers during business hours, Monday through Friday. Our automated response
line as well as Internet access to service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Our commitment to customer satisfaction has
resulted in a client retention rate in excess of 95 percent. We are the
dental benefits carrier of choice for more than 1,400 companies, their employees and
their families.
